Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted? e.g., address updates, product changes.

In order to provide the best customer service to all and ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining low prices, we utilize automated systems that do not accept changes to an order once it has been placed.

*We are not liable for situations where inaccurate shipping address is supplied by the customer or wrong items were ordered.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club International, and JCB credit cards, plus Shop Pay.

*Refunds can only be performed via original method of payment.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Your order will be processed as soon as we can, usually within 2-3 days of placing your order. Once it ships, it generally takes 7-10 days for your order to be delivered to you (for U.S. addresses).

International orders can take up to 30 days to deliver due to customs and transitions between countries.

Do you provide tracking information?

No, we do not provide tracking numbers for our shipments.

Is there a fee for shipping?

There is no shipping charge for any items shipping within the U.S.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we are happy to ship internationally. Once you enter your shipping address into the checkout process the system will display the shipping methods avalible and associated cost.
