Payments

What payment types are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Discover, Diner's Club International, and JCB credit cards, plus Shop Pay.

*Refunds can only be performed via original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect back to the original payment method; the time frame can vary.

Orders

How can I ensure my order is successfully delivered?

Please double-check the street numbers, apartment or unit numbers, and zip codes to verify their accuracy at checkout. If you are using a P.O. Box, make sure the number is correctly included. We cannot guarantee delivery to an incorrect or invalid address.
*In instances where the recipient is located in a facility with stringent mail monitoring, such as a prison or jail, it is essential to include all the necessary information required by such facilities. While we strive to deliver to all valid addresses, we cannot guarantee delivery if the facility's restrictions prevent mail from being received or cause it to be lost. If you encounter any issues with your shipment under these circumstances, please contact our customer support team.

When will I get my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address provided at the point of purchase as soon as your transaction is complete.
*If you do not receive your order confirmation within a few minutes of completing your transaction, we urge you to check your junk or spam folders and verify that your email address was entered accurately.
Your confirmation email will include:
  • Your Order #
  • Details of the item(s) ordered
  • Shipping and billing address
  • Payment Method
*If the confirmation email does not appear in your inbox, or if you suspect an error was made in entering your email address, please reach out to us.

Can I make changes to an order after it has been submitted? e.g., address updates, product changes.

In order to provide the best customer service to all and ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining low prices, we utilize automated systems that do not accept changes to an order once it has been placed.

*We are not liable for situations where inaccurate or invalid shipping information is supplied by the customer or wrong items were ordered.

U.S. Based Shipping

Is there a fee for shipping?

There is no shipping charge for any items shipping within the contiguous United States.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

To the best of our ability, the majority of orders are shipped on the same business day. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, please expect to receive it in 7-10 business days.

*This timeline does not apply to backordered or preorder items; the specific shipping times for these items will be detailed in the product description.

Do you provide tracking information?

In our efforts to maintain free shipping for all orders within the U.S., we cannot provide tracking for smaller orders. Tracking will be automatically added to your order when it reaches a weight of over 1 pound, which typically corresponds to approximately 3 magazines. This ensures that you can track the delivery of larger orders.
*Please note tracking numbers may require up to 3 business days to reflect the next location scan.

*Not every shipping option offers detailed step-by-step tracking. Regrettably, once an order is placed, it is not possible to alter the shipping method.

What if I didn't receive my order?

If you did not receive your order, please notify us within 30 days of the order being placed. Our team will arrange a replacement for any items that were lost in transit.

International Shipping

Is there a fee for shipping?

Shipping options can be selected during the checkout process. 
*Import fees are determined and imposed by your local customs authority.
*We cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a physical address is required for all shipments.

Do you provide tracking information?

All international orders are provided with tracking information. If you have any questions about your order status after it has arrived in your country, we recommend contacting your local postal service for updates.

What if I didn't receive my order?

Depending on your selected shipping method, typically, all international orders are delivered within 18 business days.

*However, in extremely rare circumstances, due to situations outside of our control such as customs delays, we require up to 65 days before a lost package can be claimed.

*All claims must be made within 90 days from the original order date.

Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the product we sell we are unable to accept returns. 

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and our team will arrange a replacement for any items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Please be assured that all our magazines are delivered in new condition, direct from the printer, and have not been previously used.
*Photos capturing the damaged and/or incorrect items must be included.
What if I would like to purchase a copy for collector grading purposes?

We appreciate your interest.  Unfortunately, at this time we can not guarantee quality grading standards.  All items we sell are mass production runs meant for general consumer consumption; all sales are final.
